They refuse to switch my name and address on my bill without me paying $100 for them to go in the system and put my name and different P.O. Box information in their system. Then told me a few hundred more dollars for mandatory water testing that they have to do when they change the name on the account. Everytime I call them over a problem or not receiving my bill the person that answers is so rude and unhelpful to talk to. Usually when I walk in to pay my bill I'm treated decent.

Absolutely aweful company, every time we call in we get nothing but attitude from the office workers and manager is no different, instant attitude when we requested to speak to her, made us responsible for a 3000 bill due to water flowing out into yard when we called about it twice. They credited us the sewage for the 5000 gallons of water that was lost over time from them not sending someone to check what was going on. Constant water main breaks caused pressure regulator to break made us replace it as well not them. Now paying more for out water bill with them than we pay a month in mortage on top of the mortage leaving us nothing.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Manager is the biggest B I’ve ever dealt with. She is condescending and unprofessional. Absolutely no help at all. I feel bad for all of you that need to use this water authority. Hopefully something will change in management.

Very poor company. Makes an error on customer’s bill by giving them a 500 credit over three months. Realizes the error then sends the customer a $700+ bill and wanted the full payment by the due date. Meanwhile the customer tries to work out a payment plan and since their landlord did not agree the water was turned off on a Friday late day. The family consisted of a Veteran, his 8 1/2 month high risk pregnant wife and a 5 yr old little boy. Very disgusting.
