Falsely claimed to have delivered my Amazon package when in fact, it was still out for delivery. Apparently they do this to improve their stats to show it was delivered by the deadline. The package did eventually arrive, about 30 minutes later, but not until after I had a heart attack trying to look all over for where the package might have been left and stolen.

So you order Prime same day delivery in the AM from Amazon..the distribution center is 3 miles from my home and A-1 is 3 miles the other direction...it's been 2 days and no delivery.....Amazon should dump this company...it is terrible rating is a negative 5 stars,,,this isn't rocket science

They may have their issues but my father has been working there the longest and is the most reliable/punctual person. The issue is the new/younger hires who don't stick around. They come in when they feel like they want to. He's dedicated his life to this job, please allow him some leighway he deserves it.

Absolutely same negative experience as everyone else. Choose one-day shipping. Stormed terribly on evening of expected delivery and the door to my bilding's foyer is locked. Put up a sign asking delivery man to not leave parcel outside, but to please call up that I would come down to get package. Package delivery was to be by 9 pm. By 10 pm had notice package was delivered. Checked downstairs. No package outside and never received a call so I don't believe they ever were here. Especially because the tracking information said the package was delivered and signed for by DOOR. If they had actually been at the door, they would have seen the sign. Called the company and got the run-around and was advised to call Amazon for a refund. What a scam!
