Zero stars? Filthy store. TERRIBLE delivery - if it's late-ish (around an hour before close) and they don't feel like making your order? They'll just cancel it and refund your money. No call. No answering the phone. Happened twice. LOSER - order from virtually anyplace else.

They said they were bringing back original pan pizza...they lied. Pan pizza used to be good, now it sucks. Probably should have given 1 star.

I agree with previous posters that this location has really gone downhill from the appearance now to the service. I only order from Puzza Hut- staple in our house growing up. So I really enjoy. This location is the closest to me but moving forward I'll just take the drive to another. I ordered online a med ground beef + onions on 12/15/18. Instead of telling me that the store was out of ground beef, the staff here DELIBERATELY and incorrectly made my pizza with pork sausage. When I arrived to pick it up, they DECEITFULLY gave me the pizza, NEVER telling me that they were out of ground beef and used pork. I realized this when I got home after a guest ate a slice. Completely unacceptable on every single level. FYI- 2 guests did not eat pork. Since I live roughly 25m away, I returned the entire pizza (less the 1 bitten slice) the very next day. "Paul" who had a Manager tag on was at the register. I explained what happened. He 1) never apologized 2) said to me "I understand why they used pork since we're out of ground beef". Again. Completely UNACCEPTABLE on every level. Since 12/16/18, I've submitted 2 written online complaints to Puzza Hut via their website. As of today (12/22), I received 2 automated emails. Both stating that the concern was forwarded to the management team responsible for the Flourtown location and that I would be contacted within 3 business days from 12/18 (NEVER happened) and then again 3 business days from 12/21 (STILL waiting). I've not been credited or reimbursed for the returned pizza. I will not let this go. In this day and age where some have severe allergies and or just food/meat limitations, this was grossly negligent of Pizza Hut! Not to mention so dishonest. My next step is to send a letter to the headquarters in Plano, TX. It's a shame customer experience with no follow up by the company
