My father has been having problems for some time now. Called them 2 weeks ago for an appointment, and the girl never called him back for his appointment. Sad, when employers see that their employees in the health care field begin to show signs that they lack empathy for those under their care, its time to either move on from that employee or put them somewhere else. These office managers develop personal friendships with those they supervise and it than clouds their ability to make such decisions regarding the removal or reassignment of employees lacking in their duties. We value the life of our family members and their lives and welfare should not become second to the freindship of those there in that office.

So the practice is proper and professional. But their top doc ( at the time of my interactions) nearly killed me by perscribing a blood pressure medicine that was known to have (well documented) severe side-effects associated with long term use. He was either unaware of the effects or chose not to take the time to understand my issues. My discussions and queries regarding my symptoms/ issues were well known by my cardiologist but were dismissed and ignored as not being attributed to any medication I was taking. Accordingly, I was sick for 8 months and left on my own trying to figure out ( with he help of 5 different specialists) what was causing me to have such severe, recurring, symptoms ( 103 fevers, body cramps, lethargy). It subsequently became known that the medication prescribed by said cardiologist was the cause of my issue. Further, looking at published medical journals, my side-effect were something that was well document; that same side-effects occurring in up to 20% of all long term patients being prescribed the specific drug for long-term use. As a result of the pain and uncertainty occurring throughout the direct result of this practice, I could never endorse any treatment directed through this organization.

I can't believe anyone could give this Practice anything but rave reviews. I've been coming there for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office staff are professional, helpful and extremely polite. The technicians are also the same. The doctors are very professional, polite and keep patients well informed.
