Absolutely awesome team and awesome company. I am the supervisor of a fitness facility and was looking to add some new pieces to generate some new excitement about the gym space. Being a government-funded entity, funds are extremely regulated and I felt the regular addition of new equipment would be impossible while purchasing full price direct from suppliers.
Jeff and his incredible team provided exceptional customer service, answered all questions and were able to get me two refurbed machines (they might as well be new, they are pristine), including shipping to CO, for less than we normally spent on one machine. The machines arrived in 30 business days, a far cry from the 6 months we had previously waited for a new, from-supplier purchase. And they are the hit of the fitness floor! Easily some of the best machines on our floor and have gotten constant use since their debut.
We will ABSOLUTELY be doing more business with Fitness Equipment Empire. Thank you Jeff, Ryan and whole team!
