We had a flood. Our insurance company recommended Service Master. Pat came on a Monday and they did a great job cleaning up and setting up equipment to dry the areas. I was told they would be back Wednesday I never heard from anyone. I called they said unfortunately he was sick which I understood. They said they would be back Friday to pick up all their equipment. Every person I spoke to over the course of the few days I explained I needed to be called so that I could come over or I could arrange for someone else to be there. They were not to go into the house without someone being there. They assured me that it would not be a problem to call me. Not only did they show up without notifying me they went into my moms house and didn’t even go upstairs to check for the rest of their equipment which was left running until Sunday and they took my ladder. I reached out Friday and Saturday to ask about it and no one responded. After speaking to Mike Monday he said the owners were away and they have been extremely busy with floods but he would come the next day to pick up the equipment and return my ladder which he did. He said the workers that took the ladder assured him the one he returned was mine unfortunately it wasn’t. I will give them the benefit of the doubt it WAS an accident. I spoke to Angel on Friday she said a crew would be in the area on Saturday I explained the situation she assured me I would be called and again I wasn’t. The workmen did enter my moms house to leave the ladder even though I was speaking thru the ring doorbell insisting they DO NOT go in and to leave it at the garage as instructed and they still couldn’t follow the written directions. Again I was pleased with the service that Pat provided I would give him 5 stars but extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication with the other crews that Service Master sent out both times.

Horrible mitigation service for water damage from water heater leak. They don’t even have repair services for the damage they perform on drywall. Never going to use them. Not recommended

I have been using ServiceMaster Professional Cleaning & Restoration for the last 15 years for my carpet cleaning. I get my carpets cleaned every year and every time the guys have done an amazing job! I would recommend them to everyone! They really know what they are doing, and the staff is very professional!

I used ServiceMaster Professional Cleaning & Restoration of Exton a couple weeks ago! Our toilet supply line broke while we were away on vaction, you can imagine the mess we had come home to! The guys at ServiceMaster were very prompt at coming right out and doing what they needed to do to get us dried out properly. My contractor said the guys did a great job at cutting the drywall for easy replacement which was great to hear bc it saved us money on the repair side. I would highly reccomend ServiceMaster! I hired ServiceMaster to do the clean up in my home after we had a puff back. For those of you who do not know what a puff back is you are very lucky! It is what happens when your furnace backs up and shoots smoke and soot into your home! There was soot all through my home and on everything! They were able to come right out and start right away cleaning. They even had professionals that came in and took out my curtains and clothing to have cleaned and returned to me. If you are in need of any professional restoration services I would Highly recommend ServiceMaster of Exton. Their staff were so easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, professional and just all around wonderful people! Thanks again for making things go so smooth!
