Marjorie and Cliff went above and beyond to support our house search. Im sure there are many other reviews about how lovely they are as humans, so I will second that and move on to some technical bits. To set the stage, we were house hunting during a wild market where waiving inspection and bidding above asking were the norm. They had the experience to give us their guidance on strategy in each situation. We also started the process of purchasing (2) properties that we ended up pulling out of with thorough action from them. The first was a new build where negotiations with the builder led us to withdrawal our offer. Marjorie battled for us every step of the process and made sure we were not bullied into terms we werent comfortable with. The second house was under contract and we called our insurance only to find the seller did not disclose very serious insurance claims (40k in the past few years). We had Marjories support and she was tenacious uncovering every detail and we eventually pulled out of the deal. So in short, they are confident handling any situation that may arise and have all the contacts to follow up with if they dont know the answer. And if that doesnt convince you, she makes a mean banana bread. -The Bakers

Marjorie and Cliff Castle are a hardworking, reliable, and professional team. At the root of their excellent service are two very lovely people personable, caring, and compassionate a pleasure to work with. Their many thoughtful ways helped us down the sometimes rocky and emotional road of changing homes. They anticipated many of our needs, and when we faced some challenging hurdles, they offered advice, recommended contractors, checked up on progress and worked on our behalf to ensure the best outcome and our ultimate satisfaction.

YOUR CASTLE TEAM.....I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH FOR MARJORIE AND CLIFF. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE IN WORKING WITH THE VARIOUS STAGES OF SELLING AND BUYING REAL ESTATE ARE JUST A FEW OF THEIR OUTSTANDING QUALITIES. CLIFF WAS THERE TO HANDLE INSPECTORS, CONTRACTORS, ETC. WHEN I WAS UNABLE TO DO SO. MARJORIE WAS ALWAYS RESPONDING TO MY FREQUENT CALLS. THEY GAVE MORE OF THEMSELVES THAN I EXPECTED.
