        Warwick was recommended to me by a friend. I went on a Saturday, however just because they are open, doesnt mean they can help you with services. I was told to come back when a gemologist or the buyer/seller was onsite. I wasted the drive and will not be back.

        I was incredibly disappointed with Warwick, this was a shop that my family and I had used for years. I brought several watches in for repair, cleaning ect.They A) never called me and took over 3 weeks to complete everything B) Didnt really do anything. One of my watches fell apart as I left the facility. Then to add insult to injury the employee sat on his phone and seemed annoyed when I came back in for help, Ill never walk in that store again.
