We have a primary address out of state and insurance is based in IL, and we are in PA for now. Could not get anything because they are not a nationwide company- funny that no other issues have come up with our insurance in the 14 other states we have lived in and with local DME companies. Tried to explain we have a local address they can use and they said no, there is no way they can bill our insurance- again, our family has over 150 different insurance billings a year and no issues- cant use them and after reading, wont be using them

My Doctor sent them the prescription for CPAP. They called me and said they would get back to me when the machine was in. I called over 3 weeks later and they told me they have a lot of orders, so I'm guessing they don't need my business. They did also mention that I am not a priority to them because this is a "new machine." Others go before me regardless if they haven't had a machine before. I guess a customer isn't a customer when you want to sell replacement parts at a marked up price.

I am disputing the first bill in the amount of $174.83. This amount was not discussed before or after getting the equipment. I specifically said that if this is going to cost me anything I do not want to try the equipment. The secretary informed me before agreeing to an appointment that I would have to pay a monthly fee of around $25.00 for each month that I use the equipment. This was confirmed by the technician when he was showing me how to use the machine. I went online to pay the monthly fee to them, but it was telling me that there was a zero-balance due. Please see the attached copy from the companys website. I also talked to the secretary when I dropped off the machine, to see if there was any balance due and she informed me no and to disregard the invoice.
