This review is strictly for the registration section of the office. I gave them one star, because I did get my test done. I visited my Dr. office and was given a script for an x-ray. My doctor wanted me to get it right away, so not thinking I went to register. The first thing I was asked was if I had a referral. No I didn't think to get one. I was told that I needed one, so I offered go back to the office which was right around the corner and ask for one. I was told that they would take care of it, and was told to sit down and wait. HMMM the way the lady spoke to me made me feel like i was a kid that was sent to the principles office. I was then called to get registered and the person who registered me was very condescending to me, and kept stressing to me that I needed the referral, when I told the first person that i would go back to my dr. office and get one at the least started. I have been with mlh for the better part of 10 years and things like this just don't happen. I love my Dr. Office they are so nice and helpful, but the registration sucks..... And my X-Ray technician was the best. She was funny, explained everything to me, and seemed very concerned.

The doctors are very good but the operator is rude!

I waited over two hours for urgent care, only to go out and find someone to ask what was taking so long to find out THEY FORGOT ME. I am livid. This is outrageous and unacceptable. I came in with a sore throat waited over two hours!
