      image If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been to Mad Mex 5 different time and tried 5 different things on the menu and each time i'm disappointed!!!! I want to love it so bad lol ugghhh The food is so bad! The best thing on the menu is the Margaritas (shoutout to the bartender) and the trio chip dip sampler not sure what it was called def a crowd pleaser!!! I don't think its the location Maybe corporate needs to update their recipes :(

      image Nope! They charge for what every other Mexican restaurant serves complimentary. Chips n salsa. "OH! But it's free refills."
      How's about the first basket complimentary then charge a nominal fee for refills?

We do not claim to be an authentic Mexican restaurant, and chips and salsa has never been complimentary at our Mad Mex locations. Our salsas are all made fresh in-house daily, and we do clearly indicate the prices on our menu for ordering chips, salsa, and any other appetizer. As it sounds like your server let you know, we do offer complimentary refills. We are sorry if there was confusion during your recent visit, and are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We hope you will give us another chance in the near future. Thank you!

      image Our waiter was great. Took our order, and the food came out hot, and our wait was not long. The food was delicious, and we had leftovers to take home for later.
