My senior parents needed to get expensive, unexpected work done which was required by their township. They paid for services over a year ago and he has not finished the job even after telling them multiple times he would be there to complete it. They have heard from multiple neighbors that he has done the same thing to them.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional and unresponsive. Installed a new sewer system back in the fall and left a huge mess. We were told they would come back in the spring to level everything out, which was factored into the final price. Come spring they do not answer numerous phone calls and emails. Other people in our township said they have had the same problem and eventually had to level the ground out themselves. Do not go here Service: Sewer repair

Miller and Sons did a great job finding and fixing the leaks in our basement. We have not had any trouble since. I was not thrilled with how they left the job site though. They suggested that we get some soil and put it around the edge of our house so that the water would slope away from the house when it rains. Great suggestion. Unfortunately without asking us they piled a bunch of clay and rock stuff around the base of the house and it looks TERRIBLE. I expressed my concerns about how this looked and he said that it would definitely settle down and be even. It definitely did not. We have a bunch of terrible looking rock hard clay around the base of our house and are having to spend a lot of time leveling it out and removing it so we can put soil there that can be planted it. I was not impressed that they did this without asking us. We also had some plumbing updated in the basement and even though it works well, it looks really sloppy with purple glue everywhere. The plumbing that my husband has done looks way better. Our rock walkways is ruined and that could have been avoided by asking if there was another way into the yard before using that way. They also left cigarette butts littering my yard. Neither my husband nor I smoke. I was happy with how nice they were and I did not feel uncomfortable having them at my house while I was at work. I did feel like when I expressed concern about the finished look of the job that I was talked over and ignored. They covered up several perinial plants of mine with the clay garbage and when I mentioned that, I was told that there definitely wasn't anything there that they dig up or covered. I know what grew there last year. I wish I could attach pictures of the finished work. The basement looks ok but overall there were some areas left very sloppy that we are having to fix on our own time. Service: Leak investigation and repair
