Al installed a toilet that was an inch off he floor. He told me it was because my floor was slanted. He installed a new closet shelf , showing up with a piece of raw pine, instead of a nicely stained or painted piece of wood. He couldn't seem it understand why I cared since it was "only a closet". When I asked him to paint it, he came back the next day with the wrong color even though I called him a couple of minutes after he left to change the color. When I said that he must not have gotten my message, he said he didn't listen to any of his messages (this would have been a 24 hour period). When I told him what my message was, his response was a snarky "too late". When I questioned his estimate to tear out kitchen and bathroom counters and the plumbing involved, he couldn't explain why I could not account for $2400.00 of excess charge. I fired him. And about that toilet....when my plumber was here for other reasons, he took one look at it and shook his head. No slanted floor...just a lot of shims and the wrong donut used. So, I got to pay twice for the toilet install. Now it's flat on the floor.

Contacted for estimate on remodeling kitchen said he would be there at 6:30 never showed up.Called again he got the day wrong rescheduled he came apologized looked around gave suggestions said would call with a estimate ever called with estimate. Will use Brandel Painting they remodeled my bathroom it's beautiful thought I would try someone new thought wrong not professional at all.
