        Jake, Mike, and the team at Northshore do a fantastic job. We had been with Progressive for over 10 years and Jake suggested switching to Erie Insurance. We had a few claims this year with a cracked windshield, hitting a deer, and wind damage to our home. Erie was very easy to work with, and timely in their claims processing. Jake has saved my wife and I a lot of money this year, highly recommend working with Northshore Insurance Agency and Erie Insurance.

        I recently was remiss in requesting my certificate of insurance for an event that was happening the very next day. I sent an email after hours Friday evening, knowing I may not be able to contact anyone, and also completed a "contact us" form on-line. Mike, Marybeth and Jake contacted me Saturday morning to get my certificate in hand in time for my event! Thank you to them for saving the day, and on a Saturday to boot! This is an agency with employees who care! I appreciate their dedication!
