Cost Cutters

My daughter had an appt at 5pm for a cut & curl (for her Homecoming), which we walked in on time for. We were told to have a seat and the stylist would be with us shortly. After a 20 min wait, the stylist told us it would be just 5 more minutes. She then started work on a man who accompanied his girlfriend there (who had a slew of services done). His haircut took 15 more min. So, after waiting a total of 35 min PAST our appt time, she finally calls my daughter back. But before she begins work on her, she tells her 5:30 appt who has walked in, that she won’t be too long. She then tells my daughter she’s only gonna dry cut her hair and not wet it down first because she simply doesn’t have the time to do so. After the cut, she moves onto curling her hair. When it comes to checking out, she throws on ‘extra charges’ due to the length of my daughter’s hair. It took everything in me to hand her a cash tip (out of professional courtesy). Listen, if you want an experience where you: 1. Have a half hour wait PAST your appt time. 2. Have your stylist make it blatantly known she’s gonna rush through your services b/c she’s so far behind and it’s almost closing time. 3. Be overcharged for subpar results. Then this is the place for you. The sheer lack of punctuality, professionalism, and quality service rendered is astounding. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
