Great experience with ProSource. We purchased carpeting for three rooms and worked with Karen. She was so nice and very knowledgeable and had great communication throughout the process. She was patient and allowed us to take all the time we needed deciding on carpet. We never felt rushed. Everyone at ProSource was friendly. When someone passed you they always stopped and checked to make sure you were being helped. We felt very welcome. We hope to work with them on any future projects we may have.

So impressed! The day of our hardwood installation, they tore the old carpet up and discovered the concrete was too uneven, after given different options, we went with carpet. We were able to pick one out and get it installed the very next day! That wouldn't happen anywhere else. All the staff was very helpful and understanding. The installer really knew his stuff. Can't wait to use pro source again for our next project.
