Raymond Management Co

Went to McDonald's on state st. Was very busy and they only had 1 cashier during lunch rush at the counter. Then when the cashier asked for change the manager cursed at her in front of all the customers. Then they go our order wrong and the food was cold. Called and spoke to the manager, Zach and he stated that none of his employee's cursed because he sees and hears everything. Then when i an told him about the food he told me there wasn't anyway it could be wrong nor cold. I took pictures.i was basically told I was lying because his other managers know they made the right food. Though you can't guarantee the other staff is always checking the food before giving it out to make sure it's correct or correct customer. So I proceeded to get the main offices number which he didn't know and I had to wait for him to find it. Tried to call them but number is always busy. The way the employee was treated and how I was treated as a customer was unacceptable and This should never happen. This just goes to show that they lack good and proper management across the board. This place doesn't even deserve 1 🌟. If I could give it negative stars I would.
