Absolutely the meanest people i have ever seen in a store omg. Will nerver shop there again. They should close the doors dont want to help let alone work. Dont even try to get waited on!

Tried to make an online return with my order number and item that didn't have the tags. The manager said no returns without tags, which is ridiculous when I have proof of purchase. She could have just returned it but was on some sort of power trip. You work at a Hollister, relax. I dont shop here much but anytime I have, no one is ever inside the store. It's empty and won't be surprised when it goes out of business soon.

This is definitely the store to go to if you are looking for good name brand clothes at a decent price. They always have a clearance department. I didn't give them 5 stars because the customer service really sucks. No one ever asks if you need help and the employees just stand around talking to each other. It is quite aggravating when you are the only one in the store and no one will help you.
