        Would be nice if they answered the phone! So once they answer the phone. I keep getting a guy named Alex. Ive never rented a car, and have no idea what Im doing. So I have questions its your job to answer these questions. Politely and patiently assuming you want my money! Customer service just absolutely sucks.

        I rented a truck to move , got it all packed up to go and went to start it and it is completely dead will not start at all. Had to unload it and now waiting for someone to come and see if they can fix it. Unbelievable , this puts me so far behind. Maybe have a mechanic check out their trucks before they rent them out.
