        I arrived and found the product that I was looking for I then proceeded to the register and then waited at the register for more than 5 minuets, I timed it, and I still hadn't been acknowledged. I even proceeded to take money out of my wallet, where the employees could see me do so, but to no avail. 2 employees even walked past me but didn't bother to acknowledge my presence. I ended up putting my money back in my wallet and walking out. Went up to ACE Hardware and was helped within 30 seconds of entering the store. I generally try to buy from local businesses but unfortunately, because of the poor service, I won't be going back to Pikes.
