I don’t understand the negative reviews. I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in. When it was my turn I showed Vicki my broken CPAP mask and she found the part I needed (saved me a bundle over a full mask price). Everyone was so friendly and helpful, don’t go by the bad reviews!

Great supplies for taking care of my Grandma. Would be better if the customer service moved faster than she does on a bad day. Sorry EME Medical Supply but you definitely need to get things in gear.

Terrible hours, slow service. Christine did a great job showing me how to use my apnea machine. The employees are generally friendly, but it takes twice as long as necessary to get anything accomplished.

Poor customer service...only care about getting their money for supplies. They do not take accountability when it is their error..Not a good place for reoccurring needs...such as CPAP supplies. You all get something that is "new" but looks like it was ran through in a roller derby.
