4 hour wait for an endoscopy that was told would take 2. Absolutely disorganized and completely incompetent. Find another provider!!!

Took off work to accompany wife to appt and they canceled last minute. Not compassionate with patients need for care at all.. then they said dr would call before end of day and never did.. money over patients care..

I want to preface this by saying that I have never written a review before but I believe this should be know. I recently had a procedure and my insurance covered everything, and RGAL anesthesia services sent me a bill. I have called for the last three months about how I have no responsibility with it and they keep telling me they are putting in request and now they are sending me to collection. The reality is they want to stronghold me into paying this bill because that sounds better than being lost in a collections battle that will damage my credit. This is a horrible practice that no one should have to go through when your dealing with your health. You will speak to the same incompetent person named candace and be sent to the same blank account to leave a message named susette and you will hear nothing back because they want to STEAL your money. I beg you do business with someone else!!!

What did we do this afternoon? My mom had a 4:40PM appointment, arrived at 4:30 and were signed in and taken to an exam room pretty quickly. After my mom was seen, we were told to wait in the examination room while he did some work and wait for someone to come and get us and schedule a test (around 5:05). They FORGOT about us in the exam room. I peeked out at 6:10PM... and all but two staff and one doctor have left (not that I saw the doctor because he/she may have been cowering under a desk)!!! The cleaning guy I found in the hallway asked me how I got into the building. I was like...through the front door...? I got my mom her copay back (to pay for dinner) from the scheduling manager and finally left at 6:39PM. A long line at the restaurant and then the drive home...8PM dinner. Is a late dinner an issue? Yes. My mom and I both understood that the doctor wanted to scope her and check her medical issue. Not today. She didnt eat more than a little oatmeal at 6AM. 12 hours later she finally got to eat. My lunch was at 10AM, butt his is about her and her visit. Before we left we were asked if we wanted to schedule an appointment. Uh...no. Maybe for a different location?
