The food and service here was great. The waitress brought dinner rolls and butter out right away. We started with the nachos for an appetizer. The chips were homemade and delicious topped with tender pulled pork, nacho cheese, and came with sides of sour cream guacamole and pico de gallo. I ordered the Wiener Schnitzel with white gravy and it was fantastic. My friends ordered smothered steaks and said they were delicious.

My wife and I went with a living social coupon wanting to try dinner. My wife previously had a very good lunch with a friend. Dinner unfortunately was overpriced for the quality food we received. I had beef tips with sherry lobster sauce and the portion of beef was very small for the price. It's not that the beef was bad, but we've had better food for less at other restaurants. My wife had cajun chicken pasta and the taste was not good at all and definitely not worth the price. The service was not bad by any means, but it cannot make up for the poor quality food.

we drove 50 min (one way) to try this place out. we went this past friday night around 7:45. we were seated right away. every employee we delt with was smiling, and cheerful! rolls looked and tasted fresh baked. salad could have had some iceberg lettuce, but was ok. entrees were EXCELLENT! cajun shrimp and stuffed flounder. ticket times were very good for cooked to order. (we got to enjoy/finish our salad before our entree arrived...TAKE NOTE chain places!) nice paced relaxing dinner. wasn't sure what to expect because of the bad reviews. ?? a very enjoyable dinner! 1-10 9 (i like iceburg lettuce) checked out the karaoke afterwards....mc started late :( but the sound system was good. sang and watched the good/fun singers!! female bartender was perky and attentive. enjoyed it!! a great night out!!

I tried to not let the other reviews sway my decision on this place. However, their assessment is pretty accurate. While the decor was nice and the service was good, the food was not good at all and extremely bland. The overall experience was a very poor and unsatisfactory one. I thought that the end of the night would be redeemed when I ordered the New York style cheesecake. However, to my surprise, that was not even close to tasting like cheese cake. There was no taste to any of their food whether it was the entree or the desert. I ordered the new York strip steak and nearly every piece I ate was fat. If it wasn't for the melted cheese and sweet sautéed onions covering it i don't know what it would have done. The only other thing that could have made this worse was to receive food poisoning from the evening's meal. Oh wait, I did. Half way back to my home I had to pull over and use a porta potty on the side of the road because my stomach was so upset. Not recommending this place at all. I also think they are aware of it as they were giving everyone coupons to return to the restaurant for a future meal. And this was just for me. They didn't even have the type of pasta noodles my wife wanted. And while we were there we her to other tables complain about the food.

We went to dinner late (7:30) and there was 3 other tables there. The staff was hard to find unless they were hanging pictures on the walls or talking to each other. Every one of them looked sloppy from their clothes to their hair! It took 40+minutes to get our food and my friends steak was still pink, she ordered well done....We almost missed our show downstairs at 9pm even though we told the staff we had tickets. We had to rush through our dinner and then hear about the personal life of our waitress. There are some things about a persons dating life I do not wish to know at first meeting, it was awkward....I cannot imagine how they stay open nor how they bring their A game to a catering event. There are plenty of other great places to eat in Emmaus, may we suggest you go there instead!
