I had the best experience here; walked in close to 6 pm- Limping in- the receptionist took my card and told me to sit and that she would bring my stuff out to me so I wouldn't have to get up again- They even took me back before the people that were their before me just to get me off my foot- yes I had to wait in there but at least I could elevate and relax it- Dr Daday and Shelia listened to me with every detail- And they instantly took xrays of my foot and ankle and sure enough I fractured my distal fibula; overall my experience was great!! I would recommend this Dr. Daday!

Was refused service with a lump in my neck which was actually a ruptured vein in my neck because they did not accept keystone first. Had to drive to the emergency room 20 minutes away. I owed no money to any urgent care facility nor was I asked any questions after insurance except to find someone else.

The only Doc i will see here is Dr Daday and his nurse Sheila is, the most amazing , generous, and most thorough person ever. I will, only, ever deal with her on the phone, as I know she will do it right, and quickly. Both Dr Daday and Sheila actually LISTEN TO YOU! Unlike most docs who have you in and out like an express lane, to get as much money as possible! When you call just ask if Sheila and Dr Daday are there, and then you will be in the best hands! Just an example, yesterday I found of one my Dr's was losing his medical license, and I am on a few "life sustaining meds" I called Sheila immediately, in hysterics, and eased my mind and got me in the same day; and they even got EVERYTHING squared up ! FYI the practice on 378 kind of sucks! Sorry to be so blunt, but you can be the only one in the waiting room with 6 staff members and they're all "too busy" to do their job! I live in Center Valley( approx. 1.5 miles from my home)and still drive-out of my way to go to the Emmaus office, for the great service!

Our 11 year old grandson had a fever off and on during the day and it was decided to take him to this facility at 7:30 p.m. At 7:45 pm the door was locked and the receptionist waved them away mouthing "we're closed" even though it says 8 to 8 on the door. I spoke to the site supervisor, Emily, who explained that in the changeover from Sacred Heart to St. Luke's it apparently hadn't been made clear that someone could walk in at 7:59 pm and still be seen which seemed odd since the takeover was sometime in March. She then assured me that this wouldn't happen. Since our grandson never made it into the facility we can't speak to the level of care that one might receive there.
