My mother saw Tice repeatedly for a cough in March of this year. She was treated with steroids and antibiotics. Week after week she called the office telling them she couldn’t breathe. She told him she felt like she was dying and he shrugged it off. Not until she had a lump on her neck did he decide to send her for imaging. After letting her know that he got a call while he was on vacation, but would still put and order in. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that week she went for her CT scan. 7 months later, one round of chemo, 10 radiation treatments on her back, brain and chest, and one infusion...she is now laying in her hospice bed. Good job Barry Tice and the entire staff that everytime my mother called they said‘are you calling about your cough again?’ And ‘he already told you he will not see you for the cough but will see you for the lump on your neck.’ You treated my mother like she was a nuisance. You didn’t do your job! And the front desk staff should be ashamed of themselves.
