        Exceptional service! Ellwood Electric is owned by the borough. Revenue from Ellwood Electric help to share the cost of community services such as police, fire, road and parks with renters rather than homeowners bearing the full cost. When severe weather causes power outages, Ellwood Electric crews have our power restored while other areas are still waiting for Penn Power or First Energy crews to show up. I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because Borough bill include electric, sewage and recycling fees - people state the total for all services as electric cost and it causes confusion.
