Also several employees unable to wear a mask properly, over both nose AND mouth. When mentioned, one said his mask was on. He should wear it like a dunce cap! It would be more appropriate and effective!!
No manager or supervisor was at the bank to speak with about the abysmal service!
One employee was coughing loudly, with NO mask on, in enclosed office. Hope she was not going to invite an unsuspecting elderly person inside that germ infested incubator!
Lancaster county positivity rate is over 18%. Your office is very near one of the largest elderly homes in the area.
This bank doesn’t know how to do their job or how to care for the well-being of the community.
No wonder the parking lot was empty for the hour we wasted there.
