We went to 84 lumber,because we were fed up with Lowes and Home Depot every project we did was delayed and cost well above budget . Well after being told we wouldn't have that problem with 84 we decided to build our home through 84. What a mistake we have made, from substandard materials no two boards were dimensional sizes , out of 50 boards PINE or TREATED 10 must be returned they have cracks over half the length of the boards ,or saw cuts halfway through. they ordered completely wrong windows.Only sent half the trusses needed. Sent wrong shingles for the roof. We are building a 1650 square foot 3 br 2 bath home with wrap around decks. Due to 84 lumbers 1, decietful sales,2, neglect in loading materials 3,lack of concerns for the time and money they cost the customer. I will not finish this house through 84. They have us 4 weeks behind and cost me thousands in labor.
