File a complaint three months ago about someone scamming my mother for $100,000 the police department hasn’t done anything that detective interview the personLet them walk out the door and nothing else has been done.

I came here to pick up a found item and no one came to my assistance. I called their number while I was standing in the doorway of the facility! Someone answered with a non-caring attitude and told me someone should be out soon. Soon turned into 20 minutes of me waiting. Eventually, I left and accepted that I would have to come back the next day. What an inconvenience! I got to the police department at 8:00 when they “close” at 9:00 p.m. Very unprofessional and I hope I won’t ever have to deal with Palmer Police Department again.

The telephone number listed is incorrect. It is not the number for the Palmer Township Police Department. I called the listed number and talked to a very rude man. He said he already knew that it was not the correct number. The department should correct the information on the internet.
