        I was in looking at a truck and after the test drive some of the sales reps was using inappropriate language and horsing around on the sales floor. I tried to reach out to a sales manager today about the incident and my call was declined.

        This place sucks. Brought my truck back for the same issue 7 times and was told every time the truck was fixed. It would magically be making the same noise in the parking lot when I would go to pick it up. I have been and will gladly drive an hour or more to other dealers because this clown show bought every dealer in the area.

        I recently purchased a second car from Koch 33 Ford and my experience as it was the first time was amazing. From the minute we walked in until getting the keys was exceptional. They were Pleasant filled with smiles and every question was answered. I highly recommend them. And I will go back if we need another car. Every department was respectful.
