This store used to be great but now not so much their is nothing good to buy now.

How I felt because store closing

Was the perfect place for my purchases. Lots of special prices and variety. So sad they just closed this store.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Completely unhelpful and unfriendly customer service while trying to make a return. 3 clothing items with kmart tags still on them. Unfortunately I didnt have the receipt because it was a gift that i realized we never even took out of the bag for my two year old. Kids grow out of things so fast. They told me there was no record of purchase using the only phone number it that could possibly be under. I even verified the as account was correct. They denied my return and sent me on my way. Clothing with tags still on, I now have to hang onto and my kiddo cant fit into them. Just really disappointed. I was going to use whatever credit they could give me (because I know nobody will issue a return without a receipt and I was happy with store credit) to purchase something else. Off to Walmart I go!

Update 9/8/19 as of 8/31/19 Store will be closing in December 2019. No more LAYAWAY... No more Western Union No more lottery Even the blue light special Device is gone. To me that's really end of an era.🤯🤯 Thay have blue light specials YET BUT they're written on blue paper.🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lol no more service desk is still there but no one's needed to attend it since none of these services are offered. Since my visit and April the departments are pretty much the same. They're still getting products in since they do have Halloween there. Lol I thought the bikes in the seasonal were bought but as going through the store I found them by the jewelry department.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 This is the official last K mart in the Lehigh Valley. I know there's one in Wind Gap yet but technically that is not in the Lehigh valley geographically. The prices are still not cheap expected now they have 70% off the ticket price. The major thing is that their items they have aren't that of the Kmart that was there 20years ago I was there. They got a real limited selection. With that said all their departments are like auto, electronic, house whares are only 2 row and 12 ft long. So Technically they have all the departments! We did put cloths on layaway. The pharmacy is close now. The store is clean and employees are friendly and organised. In my pictures here you will see how I took a picture of each of their small departments that they have now
