The Valley Group created a professional looking website for our business. The modern elements and organized design were just what we hoped for. We love the way it turned out!

We would not recommend The Valley Group's services. Jessica, the owner was our wedding photographer...she has severe lack of communication with us as clients and lack of customer service over people's precious wedding memories and She does not fulfill her contractual obligation, lead times or dead lines. I would never trust someone like this with something as critical as taxes. Jess was paid in FULL 10 months prior to our wedding (paid Jan '17, wedding 11/4/17). We have been more than patient since the beginning...when it took 17 weeks (instead of 8-10wks per contract), when she spent weeks/months "searching" for images we KNEW were taken at our reception with important guests that she did not include in our digital gallery. She has been impossible to get a hold of, every step of the way since our wedding...weeks with zero response. Our last response from Jess was on 12/5, that our wedding album, USBs and print package would be arriving to her by end of last week and she would ship them to us. We even suggested meeting her to pick them up, as we feared it would take weeks for her to actually ship them to us. We have sent numerous emails, texts, a FB message to her personal account, phone calls and voicemail (now a full mailbox) with absolutely zero response. This is truly frustrating, we just want our items we paid for! We are going to have to take legal action if this does not get resolved immediately and we receive the items we paid for

I own a small business in Easton and I hired the valley group after becoming overwhelmed with doing my own accounting and taxes. I’ve been on their complete accounting package for the past 6 months, and have found them to be competent, caring, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

We work with the Valley Group for our start-up cafe (ThreeBirds Coffee House, Easton PA). They provide excellent support for small businesses, from taxes and financial planning to marketing and consulting advice--not to mention moral support! We really feel like we're part of a team, not just another client.
