LVPG Endocrinology-East Stroudsburg

First visit I drove an hour and half to make it for them to call me while I was in the parking lot for them to cancel. They accommodated by giving me a video call. Today was my second visit I logged into the call at 7:50am and waited until 9:20 for me to keep calling and then they said after I spoke to two ppl to confirm the appointment that the doctor isnt in today smfh. Waited over a hour I wont get back. I dont recommend these ppl are not professional and dont waste your time. Reporting them to Lhvn is useless. They dont do anything to correct the problem. Ima find another doctor you got me f upped smh. Also would like to add Im a nurse and they should be shamed about wasting Ppls precious time

First off, I am a health care professional myself living with type 1 diabetes and several other endocrine conditions so Im very understanding of other doctors and practitioners and manage my diabetes quite well on my own. However, this is the absolute worst office to deal with. They never pick up the phone or get back to you and if you need a prescription refill, you have to follow up multiple times. After being a patient here for the last 3 years, the last straw for me was after meeting with the doctor, she ordered blood work and it was missing critical things that needed to be checked. I messaged them to correct what was missing (specifying EXACTLY what was missing). Days went by going back and forth telling me they emailed the lab work to me and I never got it. Finally I had them just fax it to my office and to my surprise, the blood work was wrong AGAIN! I just dont understand where the issue is - is it laziness, poor attention to detail or overall lack of care? Whatever the case, here I am 2 weeks later still without the proper blood work. I struggle with chronic fatigue so getting this bloodwork is a priority for me. Please go to a different office and stay away from the East Stroudsburg one!!
