Don Nagle came highly recommended to me by two friends of mine who purchased homes within the last two years, and he was excellent!! He arrived and started early, was very knowledgeable, and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions before, during and after the inspection (there were many!). Unlike some other inspectors I researched, Don was happy to let me shadow him for the full inspection. He was also very professional and friendly, which made the inspection itself a pleasant experience. The follow up report was provided in less than 24 hours as promised and was quite thorough (including some items we had not discussed on site) with good pictures to support the explanations given, as well as recommendations and categorization to clarify which items need immediate corrective action vs. those that are minor/cosmetic and will not need to be addressed immediately. I was happy with the pricing as well, which happened to be about $50 less than another highly rated inspection company I was considering. I feel much more prepared to move forward with a clear-eyed view of the work that will need to be done and the overall condition of the house after this inspection. I would highly recommend Don - you will not be disappointed!!

My name is Deon last week Don inspected a home I am in the process of buying. This is my first time buying a home and didn’t know what to expect from the inspection. When I arrived Don was there an hour ahead of time. He introduced himself and asked did I ever have an inspection done before. I answered no and explained this was my first time. From start to finish he explained everything he was doing, what he was inspecting, why he was inspecting, what should be repaired, why it should be repaired, should I do it myself or should I get a professional or someone who knows what they are doing to do the repairs. The way he broke things down was straight to the point and well explained. Any questions I had he answered them. Even at times when I repeated those same questions the answers didn’t change and he made sure I understood the answers to the questions I was asking. Anyone looking for a great inspector even it’s your first time I recommend you give Don a call. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed… I received my inspection report 24 hrs after inspection and everything he inspected is there and easy to understand. Thanks Don for the great services.
