      image I love their food and I go quite often, however I recently have been having a slightly not so good experience due to one of the staff members. For whatever reason every time I ask for extra duck sauce (one pack is not enough for an entire pt of fried rice) she takes the packs and places them on the counter while my hand is out. I understand not wanting germs in todays current climate, but plopping them in my hand wouldve sufficed. The thing is I have put in the notes section to please add extra duck sauce and they never do, so thats why I have to ask. Im sorry, but it is EXTREMELY disrespectful to put anything on the counter when the person opposite you clearly has their hand out. It insinuates to me that they think Im dirty, which Im not. I would appreciate for this to be addressed so that I can continue to enjoy your food.

      I have understood the reason for the matter. I'm very sorry! You may have misunderstood her. At that time, because she had just finished washing her hands, she happened to meet you to get the meal and asked for duck sauce. She was afraid that her hands would touch your meal too wet, so she put the duck sauce on the counter. So let you think it's disrespectful to you! I'm very sorry, madam!

      image They now charge $4 for the small pitcher of tea and two dollars for the little crackers before your meal with the duck sauce, and I agree with everybody else the food just doesn't taste good anymore
