Len Brennan is the best contractor my husband and I have ever dealt with. (My husband was in construction management in the army, if that helps)
Len came in at a very affordable price on our projects, and came every day on time and completed the job earlier than expected. Len made it clear to us that he wants us to be happy with his work and he will take payment after the job is done. He is a very personable guy which makes doing business with him pleasant, and you can feel good about not hiring a contractor or business who can and will rip you off because they are a big name company. Len answers questions right away on text and on the phone, and compared to other contractors we have dealt with, he doesn’t try to make a situation worse than it is.
