Awesome job performed by Jaco. My main sewer line leaving the house was broken. Problem was the line was underneath a new front porch with a concrete pad. Jaco explained my options, didn’t recommend most expensive approach like other companies, but did answer all my questions and helped me make the right choice. It was an easy decision to have Jaco do the work. Other companies were only interested in pushing the solution they could provide but couldn’t answer my questions (and quoted ridiculous estimates). Jaco’s work was great and my sewer line was fixed in a day without having to dig up any of my front yard or break-up the new concrete pad. I couldn’t be more happy. Thx Jaco and Pipeshield! Jaco and Sonya are wonderful. They correctly diagnosed a difficult issue, that others had missed, and then repaired it professionally. I highly recommend if you want a thoughtful, skillful, honest, transparent plumbing company.
