This place is better than the reviews. I read all the reviews posted here on Google before heading over there to service a powerwasher. It's not the cleanest looking service center and I see how people complain about the owner Mr. Yerkes not answering his phone. While I was there the phone rang about 2 times. Usually, a business owner will pick up the phone and ask the caller to wait while he is addressing a face-to-face customer. Mr. Yerkes gives the face-to-face customer his full undivided attention and does even pick up the phone. In my book, that is good customer service. I dropped my gummed up powerwasher at 8 am and picked it up the same day at 12 pm. And as everyone said, the price is very very reasonable. I have had carburetor cleaned for double the price at another service center. He didn't just cleaned the gummed up carburetor, he cleaned the other parts and even saw that a bolt was missing and put a bolt in. I will definitely be a repeat customer bringing my lawn mower and generator.

Place is a joke 90% of the time nobody answers the phone. Never has parts in stock and place is a mess.
