Shannon kept me informed of service status, and when Eddy came he introduced himself, looked at the problem and had it fixed promptly. The price was reasonable and Eddy was a nice guy. He even went a step further and lubed the door. Now the 60 year old door works like a charm. Thanks Winfield.

Car vs Garage....my garage door did not raise completely and I caught the antenna of my car on the bottom of the door. Door would not go down as it came off the track and the bottom frame was bent. I called Winfield and they dispatched someone within the hour!! WITHIN THE HOUR!!! They fixed it and the door is now functional again. THANK YOU for your superior customer service (Shannon) and for the technician's ability to correct my mishap! GOLD STAR!!!

In case you don’t read my entire experience with Winfield Garage Doors of Downingtown, let me jump to the end. Winfield is an amazing company with great people. You will not regret purchasing doors from them. I purchased doors from Winfield who installed them. Due to a protruding wood frame the paint on a section of the door rubbed off after they left. I notified Winfield, Shannon who by the way was amazing, sent a tech out to correct the problem. They made adjustments and used the manufacturer’s touchup paint for that color door. Unfortunately, it did not match exactly. To correct the problem, Winfield contacted the door manufacturer and got the paint formula. Working with the local Sherman Williams they got an exact match. You could not tell a difference at all. However, since the paint was not applied as the factory did the repainted section rubbed off again. To make things right, Winfield ordered and installed an entire new panel section. Problem solved. So, I would challenge you to find another company that provided this type of outstanding customer service and would not quit until the customer was happy and the job met their high standards. Their dedication to the customer was not only their customer service, but the installers were exceptional as well.
