Hired Tanner Willow to build our 300k custom dream home. had to fire Tanner due to numerous reasons to include :Missed 4 month timeline, Tanner ran out of money and couldn't keep project going. project came to almost a complete halt since he couldn't buy materials to keep sub contractors going. I'd show up on job site to find subs looking for work or packing up their tools because they had no guidance from the builder.. no materials on site... Tanner wouldn't answer regular schedule related questions and kept us in the dark as to his financial situation. we paid him his 10% deposit ($30k+) and an additional 120k in bank draws. lumber laying in grass from july to now and had to be sprayed with bleach to kill mold. We are now in a hole and forced to hire another home builder which will cost us substantially more (100k) beware!!!! don't do business with him!!!
