Horrendous experience trying to get my propane tank fueled by Amerigas.Offshore call center communication is beyond terrible.trying to give a company business should not be so hard. After 5 calls ( each call an excercise in frustration) I was finally informed that someone had to be at our house to fuel the tank because they needed to do a leak test.. could/should have been communicated on phone call number one..but given an at best a communication success rate of at 30% I am not suprised. Have cancelled my account and having them pick up my tankhave talked to three different alternative service providers to take there place and all have told me they are getting weekly calls from customers leaving Amerigas. Hows your english NOW Amerigas? Run if you are a shareholder in this company..I would give zero stars if I could..lets see what adventures are ahead for these jokers to pick up my tank!!!

Their system was not working and showed I made no payment so I made a payment then the auto payment finally went though almost 5 days latter. They won't send the payment back to my account. I am sick of this company.

UGI "mistakenly" shut off hot water for the entire building Thursday. And don't have an opening until Monday to fix their mistake. Leaving us for four days without hot water. Unacceptable.

Inaccessible, condescending, and incompetent customer support is somewhat expected for a utility company, but it's still a frustrating experience. If you have any choice, avoid.

The runaround I got from customer service makes me wish there was an option for zero stars. Outrageous!
