Worst experience ever! My account over-drafted this morning, and usually once I wake up and notice my account overdrafted I transfer money from my savings, to my checking, to cover the overdraft cost. Well they already hit me with a $35 overdraft fee, so I called, and they said they cant do anything about the $35 overdraft fee. I do work full time at Clarks Summit State Hospital. But who has just $35 to throw out the window? Definitely not me! I will be closing both of my accounts with Wells Fargo, and switching to a different bank. I have never experienced this with any other bank ive ever been with!

Wouldnt let my 4 year old use their restroom :/ need I say more. Theres a million banks who have 1 million fees but will also let you use their restroom. Unreal.

This bank is horrible DO NOT reccomend it I can't even access my account and they've charged me for an overdraft fee that I didn't even ask they're unreliable and they don't deserve your time you're better off going to PNCB bank for your money and account needs because this bank sucks
