        Was dealing with insurance policy issues. Attempted to contact our agent often to try to get in contact and never could get connected to resolve the issue. Could not get in contact to even attempt to cancel our policy completely. Found out that a letterhead we had signed was never sent to our insurance provider and that was a reason of our insurance cancellation. Completely unacceptable.

        I received terrible service from this agent. She did not return emails or phone calls and did not communicate cancellation of my policy to the Farmers corporate office. I am still being charged 6 months later and am still trying to unwind all this mess. I felt obligated to post so that others do not have these issues.
