        DO NOT even think about buying a stove from this place if you'd like to have customer service down the road. We bought one ($3,500). It worked for 2 wks. and then stopped, totally. We called this supposed "authorized dealer" and he would not extend service because we installed it ourselves. We even offered to pay for call. Fast forward, another "authorized dealer" stepped up, fixed our stove under the warranty with total agreement and cooperation from Regency. AND....Regency couldn't apologize enough for the non-existent customer service that we rec'd from Pocono Stove. Forewarned is forearmed!
