Ken and his crew have done numerous jobs for us over the past three years and we have been completely satisfied each and every time. Ken always made sure we were 100% satisfied with the work before final settlement of the contract by not only reviewing the work with us but also allowing us to create a punch list of any issues that we may have noticed during the duration of the job. I can tell you out of all the jobs Augustine Painting did for us, including a complete interior and exterior paint job of an entire home, we only found one tiny item that Ken and his crew immediately remedied before completion of the work. "My experience in one word was...outstanding. Augustine Painting made the house that we purchased feel brand new (it was 15 yrs old.) They were fair, reasonable detail oriented and so pleasant. I received three different quotes to paint the interior of my house. Augustine painting was the most reasonable and they did an awesome job. Charged $16,000 for window, balcony, and former repair and painting in aug 2016. It was clear the person he hired to do the wood repair for the windows had no experience. He was previously auto body worker. It does not translate. All windows repaired with the fiberglass were messy and unprofessional. We were told a good paint job will last for 10 years. The peeking started almost immediately. Wish I could post a few pictures now. Every year we have had to do extensive repairs. Now the dormers are peeling and rotting. The balcony’s have little paint left in them, a number of windows have very large area of paint that has peeled off.
