PNC Bank - Closed

Unfortunately, the bank is usually short staffed and the lines are extremely long. At the busiest time of day the lobby was closed and only one drive through line was open. Staff is usually extremely snippy too.

I used the Mac machine by the Teller window. I withdrew $500 from Direct Express Card which was my social security check. So when it disbursed the money it was all in $10's. So with that happening I went into the branch asked the Teller if she could give me $20's for this. She laughed and said the Mac machine gave you all tens. I said yes duh I explained that I didn't have an account she laughed again said well I can only cash in two of them. This branch is pitiful rude and really need to hire people that they think tthe job isn't funny a funny job. That explain why PNC is failing

This branch has been going down hill the last year or so. Very short & slow staffed. They absolutely need to hire more people. They've been so short staffed, that they have been closing down the drive thru, forcing you to go wait inside. Waits have been so long, that I've gone to other branches out of my way to save time. PLEASE HIRE!
