Tried to hire them for an event. Left three messages over a 10 day period without any response. Very disappointing and not a very good business practice

Sending Karen and her staff a huge and heartfelt Thank You!! for catereing our son/daughteer-in-law's micro-wedding. The food and service could not have been better and you made the day absolutely perfect. Everyone was incredibly happy with the event, the wonderful food and the seemless service. We did not have a single worry. Even though the event was very small, your attention to detail both in preparing for the event and during the event was the same as if the event was large and expensive. We are looking forward to hosting larger events in the future with your as the caterer. Your professionalism, friendly and caring attitute and fabulous food are simply lthe best!

Private party. EXCELLENT food and service. Would highly recommend. Brisket, shrimp, quiche...all delicious.

We were blown away by the services provided by Karen's Catering. Even though we live outside the Lehigh Valley, we were assured that coming to East Stroudsburg was no problem. The efficiency of the catering set up was impressive. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious, and their gracious servers helped to make our party hospitable and welcoming. We would hire Karen Hunter's catering services again with no questions asked, and we highly recommend her services to our friends.

Top notch professional with a fine attention to detail. Karen and team had catered our wedding at the Sayre Mansion and did were amazing throughout the whole process. Karen was extremely flexible and accommodating to specific needs for our special day. Guests are still raving about the quality of the food. We would highly recommend using Karen for catering events.
