Great gym and great cost for what you get . The gym relocated into the front of the spring mill building (the old one was in the back before ) . I love the fact that during peak hours the gym is never overcrowded , it’s always clean , and the staff is super friendly . I love that the owner Tony knows you by name and the trainer Mike has great classes . Only downside is the pm class schedule. More classes are needed or maybe adding a class at 5pm or 4pm (maybe on days there is spin) and then the next at 630pm . Otherwise great gym at a great price . Worth the money

We were members at this gym for over a year. It's clean, the equipment is well kept and the owner is awesome. If you're looking for a gym in this area check it out!
