        I called this office to obtain a fax # to send over a cancel request from another Nationwide agency. The woman who assisted me, hung up very rudely with out a "your welcome" or "good bye".

        Horrible horrible service. Stood in line for over an hour as the staff slowly helped one person. Three people were working but not one asked if I needed help. I will never come back here. Dint waste your time!
