        Ordered a "Florist Choice" Bouquet on the day prior to valentines day for delivery on the holiday. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner and I felt the quality was sufficient based on the price.

        Do not trust anything coming from this company. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day and were not. We received an email saying they were delivered which was a lie. Then the flowers that were delivered weren't the flowers that were ordered. The woman who delivered the flowers lied and say they were just ordered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

        BUYER BEWARE! The arrangement ordered on the FTD site was nothing like the arrangement delivered by this florist. Insult to injury, $19.99 in shipping and handling also charged in addition to tax. Order was for an $80 Premium arrangement which after shipping, handling and tax came to over $105. What was received (about a $40 arrangement) wasnt even close to the advertised FTD smallest arrangement (standard @ $50) for this item. Classic bait and switch, which is currently under appeal with FTD and my credit card company. Simply put, this florist did not deliver on the FTD promise as can clearly be seen in the comparative photos of what was ordered vs. received. Buyer beware! You do not get what you pay for here. If the florist is unable to profitably meet the contracted items offered through FTD, then they should terminate such agreements. Please note, FTD selected this florist, not myself. Had I had the opportunity to select, they would not have been a choice I would have even considered based on other reviews.

        Delivered flowers to my wife's work, after their guaranteed time. Left outside of business in freezing temperatures, ruining the flowers Spoke with worker on phone he was rude and condescending. Would not recommend to anyone.
